Full-stack Engineer (1-4 years experience)

Compensation: $80,000-150,000 USD salary and meaningful equity

Location: Remote

What you'll do

  • Help build new features across the stack, from backend to frontend
  • Build UX experiments to help Wren learn about and launch new features
  • Optimize performance and improve site reliability
  • Provide input on our product roadmap, and help guide the future of our product
  • And more — you’re encouraged to share ideas that you think could be useful to our users!

This might be for you if...

  • You have some familiarity with modern web development, and can work with common frameworks, like React, quickly and fluently
  • You have 1-4 years of experience as an engineer and are familiar with the common engineering cycles of design, review, deployment, and testing
  • You like launching features quickly and iterating on them based on data
  • You have a growth mindset and enjoy learning new things, especially when it’s important to the team’s success
  • You love learning about the climate crisis and are excited about building a product that helps individuals make a positive impact
